the exeter stable story
cider-loving pizza makers
Boasting the best terrace in all of Exeter, we've made ourselves at home in the new Guildhall. With rooftop caravans, penthouse views and plenty of space inside too, there's all sorts of room to gather with friends and family.
Come on in via Queen Street, where there's a lift, or from the M&S Guildhall entrance and hang out above the busy city. We've got over 50 varieties of cider to offer you - if you can't choose, flag down our Cider Master and get some expert advice. Our pizzas make the perfect accompaniment too, but we've also got snacks, salads and pies, if that's more your style.
We have live music every Thursday and our resident DJ Adam Green every Friday. Check out our Facebook Page for what's on.
We are Dorset Mind; a pioneering local charity that has been supporting local people with mental health challenges since 1946. We educate, challenge mental health stigma and inequality, and promote recovery by empowering individuals to develop resilience. Our support groups, counselling and accredited befriending service help people regain social skills. We also deliver educational wellbeing programmes for schools and workplaces and provide volunteer opportunities across all areas of our organisation.
Proudly partnered for over two years, The Stable and MIND, the mental health charity, are making a difference in our community. We’ve paired with our local branch to ensure that the impact to projects and campaigns is felt by our immediate neighbours.
The Stable’s partnership with Dorset Mind has been a fundamental part of the bars’ identity since joining forces over three years ago. The real difference the charity makes in the local community is something that The Stable truly believes in. Stablehands have run marathons, organised craft fairs, made Christmas decorations, dressed up and given their time to events and drives. Customers are given an option to donate via the card payment system, with proceeds going to Dorset Mind and their projects.
